COLUMBIA — Gov. Mark Sanford is scheduled to address the Republican National Convention on Thursday, although it's looking increasingly likely that he will be back home by then. The Republican governor gave an exclusive interview to The Post and Courier Tuesday from St. Paul, Minn. Sanford is trying to balance his role in the convention while closely monitoring Tropical Storm Hanna and what's to follow. Sanford also talked about John McCain's choice of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, whom he's known for years.
