A new Web site is designed to educate women on how to successfully leave the work force to spend time raising children and then return. The site, MomsNextMove.com, has a newsletter, blog and forums and tackles issues such as how to stay connected and prepare for a return. The site's creators know of which they speak. Monica Samuels is a lawyer and former Bush campaign staffer and J.C. Conklin is an award-winning writer and journalist.
