A federal agency appears poised to slow down container ships coming in and out of Charleston in the winter. Coast Guard station officials say that isn't safe in the narrow, windswept channel. Ports officials say it could ruin the business. The reason is the nearly extinct right whale. Read more in tomorrow's The Post and Courier |
