Harbison, McCorvey hired, source confirms

It has been speculated on in the last couple of days, but Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney has hired former Mississippi State defensive coordinator Charlie Harbison for the same position with the Tigers, a source confirmed Thursday morning.
Harbison will coach the Tigers defensive backs.
On Wednesday, Swinney would not confirm but did not strongly deny the report, saying "There is a hiring process and when we get through that process I’ll have an announcement.”
But a deal is in place, the source said.
Harbison coached Clemson’s defensive backs coach from 1995-97 under Tommy West.
Meanwhile, Woody McCorvey, a former Clemson assistant and Mississippi State's offensive coordinator this past season, has been hired by Swinney, a source confirmed.
Contrary to internet reports, McCorvey will probably serve in an administrative capacity and not on the field, the source said.

Yeah, I agree. And correct me if I am wrong here, but McCorvey is the new running backs coach and Powell is out at Clemson. Just what I thought. Maybe I am wrong here.
